CANTON, GEORGIA – What has happened to a helping hand! So many of our young fashion
enthusiasts are having their fashion dreams shattered because no one is willing to
give them a helping hand. Creativity, talent and potential fashion greats are being
lost because no one is there to help them enter the fashion world.
Designers can't create if they have no funds for fabric, models can't be seen if
they are not in visible shows or other areas, photographers can't show their work,
if they have no models to shoot – and it goes on and on . . .
Sixty-Eight year old B.J. Green decided to give back to the community by helping
young fashion entrepreneurs when she created The PaceSetter Consortorium Group, inc.
a non-profit organization that support and promote individuals who are involved in
the fashion industry. Ms. Green realized very quickly that there was a large void
in Georgia to help fashion newbies show their talent. She was shocked to find that
many talented individuals who had graduated from fashion design schools were not
aware of the basic avenues to show their talent. They also lacked funds to help
promote their talent. She decided to fill that void with the creation of The
PaceSetter Consortorium Group,Inc.,

The organization's mission is to help their client's succeed in the fashion
industry through education, collaboration, networking, funding , supply of
resources, international business interaction and interaction with other industry
professionals. Their clients range from fashion designers – to fashion models – to
fashion photographers – to makeup artist – to hair stylist – and other fashion
enthusiasts. Ms. Green, in the fashion industry since she was 15, chose the
alternate area of producing fashion productions and promoting when she realized that
she could never obtain her dream of supermodel because she was too short. Ms. Green
has worked extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe and is recognized for her
spectacular special event creations and her theme fashion show productions.

Realizing that one of the biggest problems with newbies entering the fashion world
is lack of funds to promote their talent, Ms. Green works with her clients for a
very nominal fee and many times will work pro bono, waiving her fee until the
client's funds have increased enough to pay.
